Just got your Vamos? Welcome to the family! Take two minutes to register your bike so we have your details and serial number on file. It makes warranty help faster and gives you a record of ownership if your bike is ever lost or stolen.

    It's stamped on the top tube of your frame. Have your order number or receipt handy too.

    Tell us a bit about you and your bike. It takes about two minutes.

    We'll keep your details on file. Keep your receipt somewhere safe too.

Where's my serial number?

Your serial number is the number stamped on the top tube of your bike's frame.

Registering your bike doesn't change your warranty. Your 2-year warranty on the frame and electrical parts starts from your delivery date either way, and you'll still need your proof of purchase to make a claim. See our warranty terms. Need help now?
